Harford Mall 21015. This particular location we have visited twice. The second time was to give it the benefit of the doubt, and we had a gift card. Holy moly we should have regifted the card. My daughters got the kids pizza, one with carrots one with the fruit salad. I would bet my next paycheck that the kids pizza was microwaved. They were soft and wet and doughy and zero flavor. So we exchanged for a corn dog and chicken strips. The chicken strips were only mediocre but the corn dog was greasy enough that I had to squeeze it as dry as possible with a napkin. The coffee was hours old, lukewarm and served in a filthy cup. My Teriyaki Chicken burger was a sopping mess and was served without the crowning glory of the pineapple. Our bottomless sweet potato fries were passable but greasy and unseasoned. The best part of the meal was my parmesean fries. Those I would eat more of! The manager on duty, Burke, was very nice to us and spoke directly to my children which was pleasant. He was the one who offered to exchange the pizzas for something else. This chain has such immense potential, unfortunately it does not live up to any.

Ate there last week. Burger was very good. It had nice toppings, but small patty for the price. Surprised......thought the burgers were the draw here?Gave few bottomless fries. Asked for more and got a small amount. Surprised that lunch was $16.00 nothing to right home about.....service very slow in bar area for quick lunch.

Why do two burgers and a pair of soft drinks require a 1.75 hour visit??? I have to add this sentence also to post my review.

Came here 8pm on a Friday night and the place was completely empty. We ordered 2 drinks and an appetizer. The wait staff was nice but the drinks and the the appetizer were horrible, I'm pretty sure our appetizer must have been under a heat lamp for several hours. We live close by but I'm not so sure we will be back.

The whisky bbq burger was good and we got a small stack of onion rings which were hot and tasted good but you dont get a large portion. The california chicken sandwich was cooked appropriately but not to exciting. The sweet potato fries were a 1.49 add on and not tp exciting. The service was a little slow but this is a sit down restaurant.

I was visiting back in my old stomping grounds with my friend and we decided to eat at Red Robin. I would say overall it was a very pleasant experience and the service was top notch! I ordered a beer and a cheeseburger since I'm picky. Both were great and I have to say my only complaint was the fact the cheeseburger was HUGE! I had to open my mouth wide to take a bite and four bites later, I was feeling stuffed. It made a great midnight snack later on though. I would highly recommend Red Robin to anyone who wanted a good burger.

we have been here for over an hour on a wednesday night and still have no food. terrible waitress with a horribly rude personality. manager has already come to apologize to 3 parties, nice gesture but still awful service. there are hardly any people in this restaurant. tables around us are dirty. im so disgusted. :(

The food was very bad. Fish and chips were awful. Very bitter from dirty fryer oil. French fries were soggy. All drinks ( except for beer) are high fructose corn based. Burger was almost ok. But nothing to remember or come back for. I refused to take their points card as I will never go there again.

We recently acquired a Red Robin Royalty card at the Hershey PA location. Since Hershey, we've been to Owings Mills and Lancaster, PA. At all three, the food was very good and the service was top notch. Tonight, we stopped at the Bel Air location and we're very disappointed. The menus were sticky, the floors were dirty and you could write your name in the dust on the railing next to our booth. Our waitress didn't seem to want to be there. She wasn't rude but not really pleasant either. The food came out barely warm, probably due to the fact that she left our orders sitting on the counter for over 10 minutes while she was talking to other friends on the wait staff. Our seats were positioned where we could see into the kitchen area and there seemed to be a non-stop party going on. There was no one around who looked even remotely like a manager. Corporate should look into this. We won't give up on Red Robin, but we probably won't be back to THIS one!

I want so much to give them 5 stars. They make absolutely the best fish and chips. They still use delicious Atlantic cod (not the cheap nasty tilapia that so many use now), and the breading is perfect golden brown with not even the tiniest bit of greasyness (yeah that word wouldn't make it in scrabble....). I sat in the bar and the bartender/server was attentive and excellent, yet not hovering. They only issue I ever seem to have its this place's aversion to clearing dirty tables! Let me come in just once and NOT sit next to piles of dirty dishes. Please.seriously. I want to give you that 5th star! CLEAN THE DIRTY TABLES ALREADY!!

So after a very poor experience here last year, I vowed to never come back. However, yesterday in the midst of doing some shopping at Harford mall, my family and I got pretty hungry. And since there aren't a ton of options in the mall area, we decided to give Red Robin another shot. The service was much better - WORLDS better - than the last time we came. The food didn't "wow" me, but then again, most chain restaurants don't. I got a chili cheeseburger and fries. The fries, as always, were great. I also got the chipotle aioli sauce for an additional 75 cents - so worth it! Loved the heat. The burger itself was very juicy. It could have used more flavor though. Especially the chili. I like my chili spicy. Overall, though, I had a much better experience than my last one.

The name has burgers in the title and that's what you should stick to here. Made the mistake of getting a salad which was edible but nothing to write home about. Great fries though as always! Service was great at this particular location. Clean bathroom. Love RR for the fact that it is kid friendly. Also, tried one of their new Blue moon cocktails, not that bad. Blue Moon and Svedka clementine vodka. Probably one of the better burger chains which we'll be returning to.

We eat here because the burgers and fries are delicious. They recently renovated and it looks really nice. The one thing that bothers me when I go here is that the staff is never happy. I've never had a problem with them being nasty towards us and they're very attentive. We usually sit at the bar and every single time I over-hear the staff complaining about how short staffed they are or how the bartender is the only one doing all the work. Last night, we even overheard the manager complaining about how he was ready to go home. I understand that people are overworked and underpaid but it's inappropriate to do it in front of the customers. Other than that, the food and drinks are pretty good!

Went here the other day. Weeknight, dinner time, not exactly packed. Sat at the bar as I was by myself. The woman tending bar was not the most friendly sort. 2 Star service imho. Ordered the Royal Burger which is a bacon cheeseburger with a friend egg on top. Comes with lettuce, onion, tomato and mayo on it if I remember correctly. Absolutely delicious, and cooked to perfection. 4 Star food.

I've been here a few times and overall it's been really good. The burgers are like $10 but they're massive so it evens out. I like the fact they have a bar. The only complaint I have to make is the fries...every time i've been the fries have been dry and not so good. It's definitely worth a shot if you like burgers!

Oh pot roast burger! Where have you been all my life? I thought you were just a leftover from last night's hearty meal but now I can come to Red Robin (Mmmm) and get you anytime. You are no longer relegated to the leftover afterthought but nicely displayed as a fresh item. And a free refill on my soda? Don't mind if I do. The downside? You are in Bel Air, but that's another story for another time.

I've been a fan of Red Robin ever since I was stationed at Fort Lewis (Tacoma, Wash) back in the mid-80's. They have been famous for their burgers and their bottomless fries has been a standard for long, long time. The only problem is that most places are in such a hurry to get the fries out to you they under-cook them by 30 to 45 seconds, which leaves them with a soft outside instead of a crispy outside & creamy delectable inside. But you can usually fix this by asking your server to have them cooked a little longer. Today the hostess looked bored and acted indifferent, almost as if I had interrupted her from something important like chatting with a coworker or texting on her cell. I don't know, but I know she wasn't interested in taking care of me. My server on the other hand was polite and quick. He refilled my drinks several times without my having to chase him down. My only beef with him was the line he handed customers every time they ordered a medium-rare burger, "we can cook it medium, I'm a medium-rare guy, and medium is pink enough for me". He said the same phrase 4 times without changing a word while I was there. I love burgers and am very picky about not only how they are cooked, but also the quality and flavor of the beef. I have to say the quality of meat at Red Robin has declined over the last few years. My bacon (normally yum, but not today!!!) cheeseburger was tasteless. First and foremost, the two strips of sad looking bacon today were undercooked and rubbery, instead of the crispiness everyone loves. The second sadness about the bacon was that it did not have the flavor of salty bacon goodness either. Very disappointing. The burger patty was cooked to a perfect medium, but unfortunately was also very tasteless, to me this says old and frozen beef similar to "Sysco Food/Restuarant Supply" burgers are. The saving grace was that this burger was a freebie given to me to celebrate my 51st birthday. That's a good thing, because I would have really hated to have paid for that burger. I brought my Grandson with me for lunch (see the picture, he's cute), and he had a grilled cheese sandwich!!! Now, of course I tried his sandwich...thick crispy buttery Texas toast with 3 slices of American cheese melted and creamy!!! Comfort food, oh yeah!!! Now of course this crispy creamy delicacy came off the children's coloring menu....LOL!!!! Leland loved his Grilled Cheese, and he had a chocolate milk to drink... this too was a surprise, because Red Robin adds their own chocolate syrup to white milk, so this was really yummy too!!

From bad to moronic.I ordered soup and then was told they donot have it. So I order a side salad no problem right. Well why we wait and wait and notice the waitress must have known some people at a table due to her extensive chatting it up with them.I tried to get her attention but her yapping drownded out my yells for help. After 15mins or so her comes my burger, but wheres my salad ?The waitress says oh they didnt bring it out to you,now why would I say where is my salad. She asked me if I wanted it ,I said yes but 10 mins ago.She said she would take the salad off my bill. Now here is where it gets funny. Here comes Charles the manager stating he was sorry about the salad but he would take it off my bill ,come on take a salad off my bill that I did not receive no kidding. I said oh thank you so much for not charging me for something I did not receive your too kind.We used to go here often but not any more. I gave them two stars because of the entertainment value.
